Sharepoint 2010 - Multiple document upload window blank

Issue: Whenever clicking on Upload Multiple Documents link, it opens the upload window, but it is empty without any button/controls to select files.

 Fix:
Add the SharePoint site into the trusted sites of your internet explorer

    Hello, I have done this but the window still opens blank.
